Ingredients of Chicken wings
- You need of Chicken wings.
- You need of Thick plain yoghurt.
- It's of Chicken Spices.
- Prepare of Curry.
- It's of Thyme.
- You need of Onions,tarugu,garlic(all in a paste jajjage).
- You need of Vegetable oil.
- Prepare of Brown sugar.
- You need of Sesame Seed(Optional.
Chicken wings instructions
- Wash Your wings thoroughly and drain. Combine the vegetable oil, Garlic and tarugu+onion paste, greek yoghurt,thyme in a bowl. Cut the chicken wings at the joint separating the wings from the tip, in each wing u will get three pieces, we will use just the drumette and the wings and discard the tip for other uses..
- Pour the wings and drummetes pieces into the yoghurt paste.Stir very well and put in a plastic bag and allow to marinate for 12-24hrs..
- Pour on a baking sheet and add extra vegetable oil and bake for 30mins. Remove it and place on a plate, in a sauce pan add 1tbsp of brown sugar/honey allow to boil then coat the wings and drummete in the syrup transfer to a plate and sprinkle sesame(optional). Serve with dip sauce of choice or enjoy it as a side dish..
