1. Put the peeled Beans, chilli pepper, red bell peppers and onions in a blender and blend till smooth..
2. Break coconut and cut into small pieces, put into a blended add 2 cups of water and blend till very smooth..
3. Pour the coconut into a pot and boil for 2 mins, then strain the milk and set aside. (Make sure, the water is not too much so the coconut milk is not watery).
4. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl, add smoked fish that's washed and shredded, add grinded crayfish, seasoning cube, salt, vegetableoil and add coconut milk and stir till you get the right consistency...(Not too watery and not too thick).
