Ingredients of Doodh Sawaiyaan
- You need 100 gm of Vermicelli(break it and make short lenghts).
- You need 1 ltr of Milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar(to taste).
- You need 2 pieces of Cardamom.
- Prepare 2 tbs of Oil.
- You need of Dry fruits 5 pieces each(almonds,cashew,raisin,pistachio)tin cut in small pieces.
Doodh Sawaiyaan step by step
- Pour oil in a pan when oil become hot, add cardamom and lightly fry it.Add dry fruits and fry them too.
- Put vermicelli and fry it for 5 minutes.It will change the colour and texture. Turned little golden and soft.
- Now it's time to add milk.Mix it well.Milk will start to boil.keep stirring and cook it for 10 minutes..
- Cover the lid and let it cook for more 5 minutes on low flame..
- Check it's consistensy..it should not be too thick as it will thicken when refrejerated and should not too much liquid...
- Tip: If you feel it's thick add little milk and if is liquid cook it more..
- Garnish with dry fruits.Refrejerate and serve cold..
