- It's 1 cup of Vermicelli (Sawiyan).
- You need 1 liter of Milk.
- You need 1 cup of Sugar.
- You need 7-8 of green cardamom.

- Prepare 3 Tbs of Oil.
- You need 250 grams of Almonds.
- You need 250 gram of Pistachios.
- You need 150 grams of Dry Dates(Chuwara).
Sheer Khurma instructions
- Almonds, Pistachios and dry dates (Chuwara) blench, peel and cut like a julienne style..
- Take pestle and mortar, put 7-8 green cardamoms seeds with one teaspoon of sugar and pond it..
- Take a pan and pour 1 liter milk, add sugar and cardamom powder. Bring it to boil..
- Take a wok, pour oil and fry vermicelli(sawaiyan)..
- Once vermicelli turn into light brown color, pour it into boiling milk with all blenched dry fruits..
- Cook for 15-20 minutes more and pour it in serving bowl. Make it cool down and then garnish with pistachios and almonds..
