- Prepare 1 cup of red chilli powder.

- Take a dal in a pressure cooker wash and soak for half an hour. After half an hour boil it upto 1 whistle. Once pressure cools down open it add garlic Chutney dry red chilli powder salt and turmeric and mix it. Dal will be thick and full do not try to break or blend. Boil till all masaala get cooked garnish with coriander leaves.
- For Garlic Chutney- take small mixer jar add garlic into it add Red chilli powder or (you can also add dry red chilli it's optional) add oil and salt and grind it. Do not blend fully garlic should be little crushed. Garlic Chutney is ready to serve. In this Chutney we donot add water or tamarind paste. Chutney should be thick.

- For Bhakri take a vessel add Bhakri flour given in the list add oil salt and water.knead thickly. This dough will be knead thick. Mix it take a big ball like dough and roll like a puri now turn it and again make a ball of dough now again roll like roti. This roti should roll in particularly in sides. Keep Bhakri tawa to get heat and roast lightly on one side turn on other side and roast till golden brown in low flame till it get crisp in low flame now again flip on the first side and.
