- Prepare 2 cups of soaked & grinded urad dal.
- You need 1 tsp of crushed ginger & garlic.
- It's 1 of chopped Green chilli.
- You need 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 2 of green cardamoms.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander leaves.
- You need 1 pinch of garam masala.
- It's 1 of chopped onion for mixing in koftas.

- Grind the soaked Dal with all written spices in a mixture jar execpt onion..
- Take it out from the jar,add chopped onion & mix it..
- Make it like kofta from this mixture.Heat a wok add oil let it heat,put koftas in this oil,fry it till golden in the medium flame..
- Take it out.Keep it aside..
- In another pan add 2 tbsp oil,let it heat.add onion stir it,add ginger garlic,saute it.fry it pink..
- In a mixture jar add brown onion,whole spices,almond, curd and grind it.Take it out in a bowl..
- Add this mixture in this pan fry it.Add tomato pure cook it 2 minutes.Add all powdered spices cook it 1 minute..
- Add water let it boil for 5 minutes.Add all koftas in this,let it boil 2 minutes.Take it out from the flame..
- Serve it in a bowl Garnish it with cream & corindear leaves.serve with rice,& chapati..
