Ingredients of Ganache Cake
- Prepare 3-4 of layers of chocolate sponge.
- It's 1 of dark compound chocolate of 400 grams.
- It's 1 of Small pack of Amul fresh cream.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Sugar.
- You need 1/4 tsp of instant coffee.
- You need 100 grams of Chocolate chips.
- You need 2 tbsp of White glaze.
- It's 1 tsp of butter.
Ganache Cake instructions
- Cut chocolate into small pieces in bowl.Take a pan and heat cream for 2 to 3 mins.Then add to the chocolate bowl and fast whisk with a spoon untill chocolate melts completely and add 1 tsp of butter to add shine into your ganache.and keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes..
- Take 3/4 cup of water add sugar and instant coffee and cook till sugar is dissolved remove from heat and let it cool down completely..
- Place the first chocolate sponge layer on your plate or cake board. Cut out the dome of the cake to make it like a flat round platform on the top.sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of sugar water to soften the cake. Cover the top with generous layer of ganache and even it out with a butter knife..
- Then put second layer and repeat the process.then put third layer sprinkle sugar water and cover the entire cake with ganache crumble coat it and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour..
- Remove cake and with remaining ganache give sharp edges to the cake again put in refrigerator for 30 mins..
- Then remove and decorate it..
- Take chocolate chips and cover the sides of the cake with chocolate chips.put White glaze in piping bag and make spider design.you can decorate the cake as per your choice..
