- Prepare smooth batter using 1 cup semolina, 1/2 cup curd,1 tablespoon besan, salt and water as per thick consistency required (dosa consistency) prepare, cover it and keep aside for 20min and meanwhile cut all vegetables..
- Heat a dosa pan and using a deep laddel pour batter and spread it in shape of mini dosa, add a pinch of jeera, and add chopped vegetables one by one as required, spread ghee along the outer edge.
- Lower the flame and let it cook for 2-3 min,using spetula slowly try to lift the uttapam and flip it on other side, cook for another 2 min, once done take it out in a plate and serve with coconut chutney, chutney pudi or any chutney of your choice.it tastes awesome.
