1. Heat large covered sauce pot of salted water to boiling on high and add the pasta to it. Let it boil for about 7 mins till the pasta is cooked. Drain the pasta, rinse the pasta with cold water, drain it again and keep it aside..
2. Now for the white sauce take a deep dish add the wheat flour to it and then slowly keep adding the milk to it and whisk properly till it turns out into a smooth batter..
