Ingredients of Healthy Chakli
- You need 1 cup of jawar flour.
- It's 1 cup of semilion (rawa).
- It's 3/4 cup of oil (moin).
- It's as required of Oil for deep fry.
- You need 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
- It's 1/2 tsp of ajwain/carom seeds.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- You need 3 spoons of gralic green chilli paste.

- Take all ingredients together only deep fry oil Left by using water maker smooth dough rest it for five minutes by using some oil on hand make it smooth like this..
- Now fill it in chakli maker then make all chaklis like this..
- After making all now heat the oil and deep fry on medium flame our chakli are ready for serving.
