- Prepare 1 Litre of Milk.
- You need 100 gram of Mava.
- It's 1/4 cup of milk powder.
- You need to taste of Sugar.
- Prepare 2-3 of saffron strands.
- Prepare 1 packet of China grass.
China Grass Halwa instructions
- Cut China Grass with scissor.Take a bowl put china grass & soak it in milk for 1 hour.
- Boil Remaining milk in a vessel. Add sugar + milk powder + Mava + saffron and cook for 2 to 3 mins..
- Add soaked China Grass in milk and cook till dissolves..
- Turn off the flame and put the mixture in mould or thali. I have used rose form sliccon mould..
- Keep aside to rest & set at room temperature..
