- Prepare 2 of peaches.
- You need 2 tbsp of china grass.

- You need 1 cup of coconut mik.

- It's of Green Layer.
- You need 1 cup of water.
- You need 2 tbsp of china grass.
- You need 2 tbsp of lemon syrup.
- You need 1-2 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare as needed of Green colour.
- It's 1/4 cup of water for soaking china grass.
Indie Fruity Jelly step by step
- For Green Layer. For green layer soak China grass for 10 minutes in 1/4 cup water. In a pan add 1 cup water & soaked china grass. Boil till it all mix well & add sugar. Let it cool till for sometime then add green colour & lemon syrup. Pour in the dish or glass you want. It should cover 1/3 rd of the dish. Keep it to set.
- White Layer. For White layer soak china grass in water & keep aside for 10 minutes. In a pan add soaked china grass & cook till it melts & then coconut milk. Once it boils add sugar & salt & cook it for few minutes. Pour over set green layer & keep aside..
- Orange Layer. For Orange layer soak china grass. In a blender add 11/2 peach & milk & blend together. In a pan add soaked china grass & little water if required & cook till it all melts. Keep aside till it cools..
- If you will add hot china grass to peach mix it may curdle. Once cools mix to peach mixture add peach syrup & colour. Add 1/2 peach chopped into pieces to the mixture. Pour over white layer. Let it set. Refrigerate & enjoy this chilled trio colour jelly.
