- You need 1 Cup of Milkmaid Condensed.
- You need 5 Grams of China Grass.
- It's 3 Cups of Milk.
- It's 15 of Biscuit Glucose.
- You need 3 Teaspoons of Coffee Instant.
- Prepare 1/2 Cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1 1/4 Cups of water.
- Prepare 3/4 Kilogram of Pineapple.
Moss triffle Pudding step by step
- Cut china grass to fine pieces and soak in 1 cup of water for atleast 30 minutes.
- Cut pineapple to small pieces and sauté in a non-stick pan with 1/4 cup of sugar until it gets dry..
- Place china grass with water in stove on low heat and cook till it gets dissolved (please make sure that there are no big chunks, if so you may want to add more water)..
- Meanwhile, mix the condensed milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, and milk in a pan and heat on low heat stirring continuously..
- When the china grass mixture starts boiling and the strands have dissolved almost completely, pour into the milk mixture. Bring this to boil, let it simmer for 2 more mins, and remove from fire..
- Now in another pan boil ¼ cup of water and add instant coffee to it..
- Line the bottom of the dish with glucose biscuits and pour the coffee over it.(Make sure the biscuits are well soaked.)Make another layer with the pineapple mixture and pour the milk mixture over it..
- Let it cool and refrigerate for 6 hours(Do not freeze)..
