- "Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the fench beans and carrots lengthwise and also diagonally. Cut the onions, capsicum and cabbage in square shape. Cut the mushrooms. Take out the peas and separate the broccoli florets."
- "Now blanch the veggies.For blanching in a pan take water add little salt to it and now add the veggies into it.except onions and cabbage. When the water starts boiling drain the water and transfer the veggies in a bowl containing cold water as to retain their green colour."
