- Prepare of Caesar dressing.
- It's 35 g of greek yogurt.
- It's 1/2 of juice of lemon.
- Prepare 1.5 tsp of dijon mustard.
- It's 1/4 clove of garlic.
- It's 5 g of anchovies.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of worcestershire sauce.
- Prepare 8 g of parmigiano reggiano.
- You need of Croutons.
- Prepare 1 slice of wholemeal bread.
- It's 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- It's pinch of salt.
- It's pinch of oregano.
- Prepare of Salad.
- It's of lettuce.
- It's of cucumber.
- It's of avocado.
- You need of anchovies.
- You need of parmigiano reggiano.
Caesar Salad Dressing instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.
- In a blender add all the caesar dressing ingredients aside from the salt and pepper and blend until lump free.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Dice bread into roughly 1cm by 1cm pieces and then coat in oil, salt and oregano.
- Place croutons onto a lined baking tray and place in preheated oven for 14 mins or until golden brown and crunchy.
- Remove croutons from the oven and allow to cool.
- Place your desired amount of lettuce, cucumber, avocado, anchovies into bowls and then drizzle on caesar dressing, croutons and a little more parmigiano reggiano to finish.
