- It's 1 cup of full cream milk.
- You need 1 cup of condensed milk.
- It's 1 cup of hung curd.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of cornflour.
- Prepare Few stands of Kesar strands (optional).
- You need Half tsp of elaichi power.
- You need Few of chopped pistachios.

- Take a mixer,add hung curd and cornflour in it and mix it well without any lumps..
- Now add milk and condensed milk and again blend it in a mixter into a smooth paste..
- Now transfer the mixture into a flat vessel or in a tiffin box made of steel or alluminium..
- Sprinkle some kesar strands, chopped pistachios and elaichi powder over it..
- Now put the vessel inside the cooker with a stand and water inside it or in a kadai or steamer and steam it for 30 mins in a low flame..
- Your milk pudding is now ready. Let it come to the room temperature then transfer it into the fridge for half an hour to set completely. Serve it chilled..
